Hi I’m Manveer Athwal & I’m a Video Editor based in the West Midlands, UK.
Video editing is my passion & I've been fortunate enough to have worked on a diverse range of projects that have allowed me to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling.
It all started while I was studying broadcast journalism at university. I remember sitting in the editing suite with my fellow students, working on news segments & feeling that spark of excitement ignite within me. I knew right then & there that I wanted to pursue editing as a career.
Since then, I've had the pleasure of working with fashion & lifestyle vloggers, creating informative talking head videos for YouTube, producing trailers & talks for medical seminars, & even editing wedding videos during my freelance career. I love collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life & finding new & creative ways to tell their stories.
During my time at a local TV station, I worked on various TV shows, advertisements, & online projects, including live & recorded sessions in studio & on location. It was there that I learned the importance of delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations in tight budgets & even tighter deadlines.
I'm always eager to learn new techniques & stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. My technical skills include proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro & Final Cut Pro, as well as color grading, sound mixing, & visual effects.

When I'm not in the real world, you can find me as an Aasimar monk, exploring the dungeons and battling mythical creatures of the Dungeons & Dragons universe.

While many people find clowns to be a source of laughter and joy, I can't help but feel a shiver run down my spine at the sight of them. There's just something about their painted-on grins & oversized shoes that gives me the ick.

I'm a die-hard fan of the US Office, and I can quote almost every episode. Whether it's Michael's cringe-worthy antics or Dwight's hilarious one-liners, this show never fails to make me laugh.
